We go over 12 awesome tips to help students find a good school/work/life balance. These are all the things I wish I would have known about going into college. After speaking to some current and future college students, I have found that the number one issue plaguing most students, is stress. So I prepared this podcast to give the average student techniques, ideas, and even apps to help decrease stress. We talk about apps like Myfitnesspal, Myplate, Mapmyrun, Breathe, Calm, Garmin, Fitbit, Achievement, Sweatcoin, etc. We also discuss helpful books: -High Performance Habits - Brendon Burchard -The Effective Executive - Peter F Drucker -The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People - Stephen Covey -The Slight Edge - Jeff Olsen -The Compound Effect - Darren Hardy These are some hard hitting, great steps with examples that can completely change your college experience. If you are already in college and suffering from stress, lack of sleep, lack of balance, etc. check out this episode.
